Lake Area Free Clinic (LAFC)

For over 25 years, Lake Area Free Clinic (LAFC) has provided comprehensive health care to low-income, uninsured residents of Waukesha County. LAFC also offers dental care to residents who are uninsured or covered by Medicaid, addressing a critical gap in access to care.

Due to the high demand for this event, registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment

When registering, be prepared to enter the names of your guests or indicate who you would ideally like to be seated with. There is also a section to note any dietary restrictions.

We understand that guest names may change before the event. If there are any updates to your guest list or dietary needs, please email us by no later than November 21st. Blank name tags will be available the day of the event for any last minute name changes after November 21st.

If you find yourself unable to purchase a ticket for lunch, we warmly invite you to join us for a delightful experience of sipping and shopping. Our Sip and Shop event is open from 11am to 1 pm, providing the perfect opportunity to indulge in some refreshing beverages while exploring an array of fabulous offerings.
